What's your favorite article of clothing?
I have these gauchos that I stole from my sister when we were coming home from L.A. **Yes, this trip was two years ago.** We were sooooo sunburned from being at Catalina Island (off the coast of California) all day the day before the plane ride. HUGE TERRIBLE ENORMOUS MAMMOTH MISTAKE. Of course, we didn't wear any sunscreen whatsoever. My legs were so so sunburned and the jeans I had planned on wearing home were simply too uncomfortable (they touched my legs too much to be bearable---yes I was that sunburned) so she loaned me a pair of her gauchos which were much looser and therefore tolerable. The day after I got home, I was pewking up everything. Literally everything. Apparently, there is such a thing as sun poisoning. Who knew. Too bad I had to find out the hard way. Oh well. Great story (minus the pewking part).

But, I heart (as in big puffy red and pink) those gauchos. So comfy... and every time I put them on, I think about that trip and smile.

What is your favorite board game?
I'm not really a board game person... but I do love me some Nintendo DS games.

What's your favorite dinner?
Oh gosh. What a tough question. I LOOOOOVE chicken strips and Ranch Dressing. But I also love so many of the things my Mom makes. She makes INCREDIBLE mozzarella grilled cheese sandwiches, this 4 layer dessert that is to diiiiiiiiiie for, among billions of other things I can't think of right now. That woman can cook. And I love it.

What was the last thing you bought?
One of my sister's Christmas presents (thanks to my Mom's credit card :D)

What are you listening to right now?
A sermon from the Village Church. AMAAAAAAAZING message.

What is your favorite weather?
Cold and rainy. I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE being cold. And I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE rain. Put them together, and I am a happy happy girl.

What is your least favorite season?
I hate summer. I love the break from school, but being hot is the one of the worst feelings in the world.

What's in your purse?
My wallet, tons of chap sticks, a makeup bag (which has eyeliner, mascara, concealer, hand sanitizer, etc), gum, random receipts and pieces of paper, a pen or 10, that's all I can think of at the moment... and I'm way too comfy to get up and go get my purse out of my car in the garage to give you the entire list.

What is your favorite dessert or cool treat?
I love pecan pie. Oh, and that 4 layer dessert my Mom makes is pretty close to heaven on earth.

What did you want to become as a child?
A teacher and a mommy.

What do you want to be now?
A pediatric speech pathologist in a huge city somewhere with lots of traffic

What is your favorite song?
That is like asking me to pick a favorite parent---IMPOSSIBLE. I love practically anything by Celine (duh!) but I also love me some Casting Crowns lately. I heart music.

Which is you favorite country/state, and why?
The US of A. I just think we are a great country, even with all of our flaws. Might not be the case at the end of this administration (ha!) but my allegiance will always be true. Also, if you haven’t noticed, I’m a pretty big fan of the state of Texas, for many, many reasons.

If you could go anywhere in the world for the next hour, where would you go?
I would go to New York City. I love that place. I was gonna say Greece, but one hour probably wouldn't be long enough there.

What are your most challenging goals right now?
Being patient with myself and with God until He brings someone special into my life. I'm so tired of being alone, but I'm beginning to cherish this time alone until He does bring someone special into my life (who will hopefully not break my heart into a bajillion pieces).

What is your 5 year plan?
Graduate from grad school. Get a great job hopefully in a huge city with lots of traffic. Hopefully be in a healthy and committed relationship with someone. Who knows, maybe I will already be married and ready to have a baby. Who knows. I am certainly thankful God DOES know.

What is your favorite sport to watch?
I love watching girl's college basketball. And college football can be fun sometimes, but girl's college basketball is fun allllll the time. :)

What show would you want to be a cast member on (reality included)?
Grey's Anatomy. But only if I were Meredith. I also think it would be cool to hang out with the Little Couple for a few days.

What is your most prized possession?
If we are talking non-monetarily, my family. I seriously have the best family ever. Supportive, loving, encouraging, forgiving, amazing, always there for me, I could go on and on and on... In monetary terms, probably my house. It's so perfect for me and I love it.

Name one favorite childhood memory.
Wow, there's no way I could pick just one. Some of the first things that came to mind: Walt Disney World as a family (OMG so much fun), our New York City trips, Camp Meemaw.

What is your favorite quote?
I have so many quotes that I really love. Honestly, I do. I seriously have a 50 page Word document with quotes on it that I really love. If you ever want it, drop me a line; I'm happy to share ;)

What is one country you aren’t interested in visiting?
If I never seen Afghanistan, Darfur, or Iraq, I'll still die a happy girl.
