A.ma.zing.

So, anyone who knows is fully aware that am ADDICTED (no really I am) to Grey's Anatomy. I've never missed an episode and I seriously have a picture of them (or maybe 2) in my bedroom. It is the best show ever ever ever!

The writing, the characters. Oh, who am I kidding?!?! It's ALLLL grand. :)

Since the season finale of season 5 back in the spring, I've been counting down the days to the season 6 premiere. Because tonight is Thursday, and therefore forever more dubbed The Best Night Of The Week Ever, I decided to do an honorary post.

So, here are just some reasons why I can't live without the show. Although this post could go on and on, I decided to focus on the characters this times.

I've even included complimentary eye candy. You're welcome.

Patrick Dempsey: This gorgeous actor has stolen the heart of many a viewer in his role of McDreamy. And what’s not to love? He’s handsome, he’s funny, he’s sweet, and he’s a family man. Who cares that he has three beautiful kids with a gorgeous woman (in real life)... I'm planning my home wrecker moves since season 1, episode 1. He is the man of my McDreams.

Ellen Pompeo: Flawed but wonderful Meredith. I couldn’t imagine anyone else in that role. She is incredibly adorable. And you know, she’s not afraid to state her opinions.

Katherine Heigl: The beautiful actress has been all over media lately and whether you’re sick of it or can’t get enough of her, there’s few who can argue the fact that she’s talented, hilarious and according to some, fascinating.

Sandra Oh: I could probably watch Sandra Oh do anything and be entertained. Although her face looks like it has been run over (mean but so true), she’s a great actress. And no one else could ever play Cristina Yang as well as she does. She’s always entirely awesome.

Isaiah Washington: So, he totally shot himself in the foot when he decided to call T.R. Knight out on his coming out of the closet. It was rude and uncalled for, and his character ran off on the night of his wedding. But, Dr. Burke was phenomenal, warts and all.

T.R. Knight: The actor behind the adorable George came out of the closet and hit the ground running. I love Georgie!

Sara Ramirez: She’s such a good person for Dr. Torres! And she’s gorgeous, to boot! And seriously, how many Hollywood girls would dance around in their underwear? That was awesome! Side note: I promise I’m not gay.

Justin Chambers: Well, he’s hot and everyone thinks so. But he also seems like a sweet, genuine guy. And who else could ever pull off the enigma that is Alex Karev with equal deliciousness?

Brooke Smith: She joined the cast rather late, but she really fit in at Seattle Grace wonderfully as Erica Hahn. Although the lesbo thing is a bit odd, it sort of worked.

Eric Dane: McSteamy. Enough said. Jerk or not, he too fits in well at Seattle Grace. And He’s so freaking hot! Besides, him and Lexi are adorable!

Chandra Wilson: Dr. Bailey... Who doesn’t love this woman? Seriously. She oozes talent, warmth, charm, and somehow still manages to always be spot-on hilarious. I think she’s got magical powers.

James Pickens Jr.: No one could play the Chief Richard Webber better than him. He’s awesome all the time.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan: Grey’s Anatomy wouldn’t be the same without Denny. When he died, I cried and cried. I miss his hotness! Mark my words, I will marry that fine boy some day!

Kevin McKidd: Owen Hunt... Ah, another bully. I love the chemistry between him and Cristina, messed up though it is (most of the time at least)

Chris O’Donnell: I LOVED his role as the McVet. He was the most adorable vet and took great care of Doc, even when he was dying. He sooo loved Meredith. In the (very) rare event that McDreamy and Denny reject me, McVet shall be mine!

Chyler Leigh: The lovely Lexie Grey. Such a good actress and so so sweet, even if she is a bit ditzy most of the time. And her and McSteamy are precious.

Kate Walsh: Although she totally screwed up MerDer for awhile, she brought a great role to the cast. And I love her new show, Private Practice. She's amazing.
