**It's gonna be a LOOOOOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGG Big 12 Season for the Tech football team. We looked like crap against UNM this week. Pitiful.

**I have a phonetics test Wednesday and I am so not prepared at all. The review sitting in my backpack is taunting me.

**When you get to the level of college football, you shouldn't be giving up tons of yards in penalties every game. Maddening, I tell you.

**Sadie Jane is sleeping behind me and I'm pretty sure she's having a bad dream. She is growling in her sleep and randomly twitching.

**I can't wait to go to Fort Worth this weekend for my Papa's 90th birthday celebration!

**I've been a reading machine lately. I'm on my third book this week. I heart reading.

**Why are people so scared of long distance relationships? What is it with people wanting relationships to just be a natural thing that requires no work?

**I love homemade pimento cheese and armadillo eggs (It's a food; no I'm not THAT gross)... I think I've eaten like 5 pimento cheese sandwiches in the past few days.
