If I'm sitting in the right-turn lane and the light is RED, I have the OPTION to turn right, I don't HAVE to.

So don't honk at me because my visibility is less-than-stellar and I'm choosing to wait for a green light.

SO SORRY I made you wait an entire EIGHT seconds longer for the light to turn GREEN.
